# Army of Bees > Army of Bees is a small, partner-led digital studio. For over 20 years it has helped complex organizations, from libraries and state agencies to growing businesses, think through, design, and build websites and software that hold up, and that their own teams can run afterward. The partners do the work: clients talk directly to the people building their project, with no account managers or junior handoffs in between. The people on client calls are Tim Wheelock, Martin Parets, and Steve Farley, joined by trusted senior specialists when a project needs more hands. The studio onboards to whatever platform a client already uses. What the studio does: - Design: product and app design, branding, marketing sites, data-dense interfaces, research and prototyping, information architecture, design systems, accessibility. - Technology: full-stack app development; CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, and Shopify; legacy systems and integrations; live data feeds and multi-source reconciliation; e-commerce and payments; performance and Core Web Vitals. - Strategy: discovery workshops; SEO, AEO, and conversion optimization; analytics, GTM, and measurement; content strategy; design, code, and accessibility reviews; honest technology advice.
